Below, are details of our hotel policies for check in and check out times, payment, cancellations, no shows/early departures, room capacity, rates, smoking, and pets. Check in and check out

Check in is from 14:00 until 10:00 on day of arrival. If arrival is after 10:00, please communicate in advance your estimated arrival time. You may request a late check out by pre-arrangement at the front desk. A day use fee may be levied check outs after 11:00 not approved by the front desk.

Payment

A 100% payment is required to secure (guarantee) your booking. We reserve the right to release any bookings that are non-guaranteed.

Cancellations

  • No cancellation fee 30 days or more prior to arrival
  • 25% booked value cancellation fee if 21 days prior to arrival
  • 50% booked value cancellation fee if 14 days prior to arrival
  • 100% booked value cancellation fee if 7 days prior to arrival

No shows/early departures

  • 100% booked value ‘no show’ fee for reservations that fail to arrive
  • 100% booked value ‘cancellation’ fee for reservations that leave before the scheduled departure date

Room capacity

The maximum sleeping capacity per room is two persons.

Rates

Rates advertised are per room per night, unless otherwise specified.

Smoking Our hotel is a non-smoking zone. Smoking inside the premises (public areas or rooms) is strictly prohibited.

Pets

No pets allowed unless you require a medically trained dog or guide dog.
